Services for Ms. Aileen Brunson Turner were held 11 a.m. Monday, July 6, 2020 at Milling Funeral Home Chapel of Union with burial in the Union City Cemetery. Bro. Thomas Fortenberry and Bro. Rusty Walton officiated.
Visitation was held one hour prior to service at the funeral home.
Ms. Turner, 94, of Union died Friday, July 3, at her residence.
She was a Godly lady who loved her family. She was a member of New Ireland Baptist Church.
Survivors include two children, Cheryl Johnson and Harold Smith of Union and Michael Turner of Union; two grandchildren, April Johnson of Union and Amy Trisler of Union; and great-grandchild, Edie Trisler
She was also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; special-in-laws, Christine Gilmore, Charlie B. Dowdle, Pat Brunson and Maxine Brunson; and fur babies, Whitney, Piper and Natalie.
Ms. Turner was preceded in death by her husband, James Tommy Turner; one granddaughter, Tammy Johnson; her parents, Joseph Brunson and Una Brunson Johnston; four brothers; and two sisters.
Pallbearers were Brock Walton, Steven Brunson, Scott Dooley, Clint Dooley, Tanner Fortenberry and Wayne Cooksey.
