Services for Mr. Charles S. “Charlie” Brown of Sebastopol were held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 14 at Milling Funeral Home Chapel of Sebastopol with burial in the New Prospect Baptist Church Cemetery.
The Rev. Howell Thrash officiated.
Visitation was held from 5:30-8 p.m. Tuesday, June 13 at Milling Funeral Home of Sebastopol.
Brown, 70, of Sebastopol died Monday, June 12, 2017.
Survivors include his devoted loving wife of 51 years, Saralan Brown of Sebastopol; three daughters, Bobbie Wilcher (Frank) of Laurel Hill, Mary Brown of Sebastopol and Katie Phillips (Shane) of Sebastopol; a son, Chuck Brown (Samantha) of Sebastopol; 12 grandchildren, Pennie, Gus, Dakota, Lanie, Trace, Remington, Samantha, Karalina, Brelie Brown, Hailey, Alyssa and Amanda; and a sister, Christine Coward.
He was preceded in death by his parents Mr. and Mrs. Grady Brown; and a brother, Herbert Carvis Brown “Boomer.”
Pallbearers were John Gardner, Amon Shelley, James Shelley, Scott Brown, Tony Fortenberry, Tony Coward, Matt Brown and Hunter Brown.
Honorary pallbearers were Ebo Anthony, Jimmy Clyde Bradford and Petty Brown.
