Services for Ms. Davis Lynn Bowden were held 11 a.m. Thursday, June 6, 2019 at Milling Funeral Home of Union with burial in the Little Rock Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Danny Chaney officiated.
Visitation was held 9-11 a.m. Thursday, June 6, at the funeral home.
Survivors include one daughter, Sonya Crocker and husband, David, of Union; son, Sean Mowdy and wife, Amanda, of Union; three grandsons, Justin Evans (Jennifer), Nick Crocker (Rebecca) and Zach Mowdy (Ashlyn); granddaughter, La’Rea Crocker; 11 great grandchildren; sister, Pattie Russell and husband, Carroll, of Hattisburg; and nephew, Lee Russell.
Ms. Bowden was preceded in death by her parents; Davis and Irene Turner; and two husbands, Larry Mowdy and Horace Bowden.
Pallbearers were Artie Foreman, Jamie Williamson, Matthew Hitt, Billy Pat Walker, Doug Chisolm and Brandon Chisolm.
Honorary Pallbearers were Zach Mowdy, Justin Evans and Nick Crocker.
