Dot Gibbs Gould, 80, passed away on Jan. 15, 2018.
Dot was born in Newton to Walter Chapman and Estelle Barrett Chapman.
She is survived by two daughters, Kitty Gibbs and Tammy Little (Chuck); three grandsons, John Curtis Little (Heather), Justin Little and Jeremy Little; a half-sister, Ruby Smith; and a sister-in-law, Laverne Chapman.
Pallbearers will be John Curtis Little, Justin Little, Jeremy Little, Bud Hollingsworth, Raymond Hollingsworth and Dale Hollingsworth.
She was preceded in death by Walter Chapman (father), Estelle Chapman (mother), Marshall Gibbs (husband), C.L. Gould (husband), Jackie Rowzee (daughter), Jonathan Rowzee (grandson), W.C. Chapman (grother), Margie Blankenship (half-Sister)and Nell Howard (half-Sister).
Visitation was held from noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 17 at Newton County Funeral Home-South with funeral service to follow. Bro. Josh Lang officiated. Burial followed at Pine Bluff Baptist Church Cemetery.
