Gus B. Vallas, 60, passed away on Saturday, July, 22, 2017, at his residence in Carroll, Iowa.
He was a military veteran and will be laid to rest at 11 a.m. Friday Aug. 4 at the Mississippi Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Newton.
He is survived by a daughter, Brittany Arnold; a granddaughter, Heather; his parents, Billy Gus and Ruby Vallas; a sister, Sandy (Wayne) Comans; and numerous nephews and nieces.
