Services for Jeffie Trapp were held 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 9, 2019 at High Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Don Cook officiating. Burial followed in High Hill Cemetery. McClain-Hays was in charge of arrangements.
Miss Trapp, 84, of Philadelphia, died Friday, Sept. 6, 2019.
She was a native of Neshoba County and a resident of Jackson, MS, for several years where she was a graduate from the Mississippi School for the Deaf. She worked as a data processor for several years. She moved back to Neshoba County in the early 1990’s. Miss Trapp was a member of High Hill Baptist Church.
She is survived by her brother, Felton Trapp of Philadelphia; niece, Romana Dye; nephew, Rory Trapp; six great nieces and nephews; and one great-great niece.
Miss Trapp was preceded in death by her parents, Guy Austin and Onie Gilmore Trapp.
