Services for Mr. John D. Chesney will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 4 at Milling Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Bros. Lin Chesney and Rusty Walton will officiate.
Visitation will be held from 9:30-11 a.m. Wednesday at Milling Funeral Home of Union.
Mr. Chesney, 94, of Little Rock died Saturday, Sept. 30, 2017, at Laird Hospital.
Survivors included nephews and nieces, Walter Byron Johnson and Willie Johnson, both of Little Rock, Gary Johnson and his wife, Jo, of California, Andy Chesney and his wife, Debi, and Jan Chesney, both of Euless, Texas, and Dalton Pete Chesney and his wife, Ann, of Yukon, Okla.
Mr. Chesney was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Mary Chesney; one sister, Dorothy Johnson; and one brother, Dalton Chesney.
Pallbearers will be Andy Chesney, Pete Chesney, Byron Johnson, David Fernandez, Roger Moore and Danny Moore.
Milling Funeral Home of Union is in charge of the arrangements.
