Services for Mrs. Julia Ann Christian were held 1 p.m. Monday, Nov. 18, 2019 at Milling Funeral Home of Union with burial in the Mississippi Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery. Bro. Rusty Walton officiated.
Visitation was held 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, Nov. 18 at the funeral home.
Mrs. Christian, 80, of Decatur, passed away Nov. 13, 2019.
Survivors include her husband of 44 years, Clyde Christian of Decatur; three daughters, Pam Garner of Oregon, Linda Lockridge and husband, Hal, of Meridian and Wanda Dean and husband, Buddy, of Decatur; four grandchildren, Brandy Testerman and husband, James, of Lansing, NC, Dee Dee Hodges and husband, Tony, of Decatur, Wednesday Arasmith and husband, Eric, of Myrtle Creek, Oregon and Juston Dean and wife, Penny, of Hickory; 16 great grandchildren; eight great-great grandchildren ; sister, Annie Jewel Hull of Monroe, LA; and brother, Bobby Gressett and wife, Patricia, Votaw, TX.
Mrs. Julia was preceded in death by her parents, Luther and Prucia Gresett; one granddaughter; six siblings; two great grandchildren and one niece.
Pallbearers were Bobby Dean, Chase Cook, Christopher Cook, Jessie Little, Rex Gressett and William Peavey.
