Sidney Albert Simmons, 62, of Olive Branch died Wednesday, June 14, 2017. He was born Saturday, Aug. 28, 1954, in Newton.

Sidney loved hunting, fishing, and camping but especially teaching his grandkids and other children how to enjoy the outdoors. He really enjoyed his dogs especially his puppy, Gizmo.
He is preceded in death by his father, Roy Blutcher and Virginia Simmons; a grandson, Tristan Burrell; and a brother, Greg Simmons.
Survivors include a daughter, Nicole Neese, Olive Branch; and two grandsons, Peyton Burrell and Colby Neese,
