Funeral services for Mrs. Vera Fincher will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 13 at First Pentecostal Church of Edinburg with the Revs. Dee Hughes and Cliff Crosby officiating. Burial will in First Pentecostal Church of Edinburg Cemetery. Stephens Funeral Home of Union is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Fincher, 67, of Union, passed away Sept. 10, 2017. She was a member of First Pentecostal Church of Union. She enjoyed her church and grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Lacey and Suzie Reid; four brothers, Raymond Reid, Oliver Reid, Earl Reid and Roy Reid, and two sisters, Madeline Allen and Shelby Pettis.
She is survived by her sons, Robert (Angela) Pinter, Wayne (Connie) Pinter and Josh (Michelle) Pinter; 15 grandchildren, Tristan Pinter, Christopher Pinter, Allison Morgan, Tiffany Morgan, Ryan Kendrick, Austin Kendrick, Tristan Kendrick, Olivia Pinter, Jeremy Pinter, Chandise Pinter, Zachary Pinter, Dylan Pinter, Britney Pinter, Alex Pinter and Blake Pinter; two brothers, Jerry Reid and the Rev. Carroll Reid; a sister, Vivian Coats; numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation will be from 5-9 p.m. at Stephens Funeral Home in Union and at the church Wednesday from noon to 2 p.m. prior to service.
