Funeral services for Mrs. Yvonne Tucker Myers were held 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 1 in the chapel of Stephens Funeral Home of Union. Rev. Mike Holcomb and Ronnie Myers officiated. Burial followed in Dixon Cemetery.
Mrs. Myers, 85, of Conehatta, passed away Monday, Oct. 29 at Brandon Health and Rehab in Brandon. Her family wished the public to know that “the best mama in the world is with the best Dad in Heaven.”
She is survived by her daughters, Sandra Land (Mark) and Tasha Ingram (Doug); sons, Ronald Myers (Cindy) and Randall Myers (Rose); sister Connie Gore; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Myers was preceded in death by her husband Alvin Curry Myers; parents Don and Annie Tucker; brother James Tucker; sisters Nan Hatchett, Emily Brown, Sarah Hathcock and Richmond Brown.
Pallbearers will be Josh Myers, Heath Williamson, Jackson Ingram, Doug Ingram, Mark Land, Carl Myers and Mason Land.
Visitation was Thursday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
