Services for Mrs. Betty Shelley were held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 22, 2025, at Rocky Hill Church of God.
Bro. Brett Cooper officiated.
Graveside service was held at 1:30 p.m., at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Scott County.
Visitation was held from 9:30-11:00 a.m. prior to church services at Rocky Hill Church of God.
Mrs. Betty Shelley, 84, passed away Wednesday, November 19, 2025.
Survivors include her husband, James Shelley, Sr.; two daughters, Tammie Brown and Pam Storey (Troy); one son, James Shelley Jr. (Kim); 13 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and one sister, Norma Cook.
Mrs. Shelley is preceded in death by infant daughter, Jimmie Lou Shelley; one sister, Rachel Comans and her parents, Carmen and Iola Graham.
Mrs. Betty and her husband, James have been the owners of Shelley's Electric for over 40 years. Prior to the Electric business. She was one of the original founders of a childcare program in the Town of Sebastopol. She was a long-time member of Rocky Hill Church of God.
Pallbearers were Caden Spence, Shelby Shelley, Jakin Brown, Amon Shelley, Perry McDill, Joe Black, and Trevor Storey.
Milling Funeral Home of Sebastopol was in charge of the arrangements.
