Memorial Services for Mr. Jamey Lanier will be held 2 pm, Saturday, October 4, 2025 at Hopewell Baptist Church with burial in Oakland Cemetery. Bro. Andrew Black, Bro. Matthew Hitt and Dr. Dan Lanier will officiate.
Visitation will be held 1 pm - 2 pm, Saturday, October 4, 2025 at Hopewell Baptist Church.
Mr. Lanier, age 59, of Little Rock died Thursday, September 25, 2025 at his residence.
Jamey was a graduate of Beulah Hubbard High School and an avid lover of Alabama football, Crimson Tide. He was a former employee of Waters International. He was also a member of Hopewell Baptist Church.
Survivors include three brothers, Danny Lanier (Janet), Mark Lanier (Dannette) and Wayne Lanier (Karen); two sisters, Dawn Jenkins and Alice Jones.
He was also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Jamey was preceded in death by his parents, Wil "Pete" Lanier and Willa Estes and stepfather, Hamp Estes.
Milling Funeral Home of Union is in charge of the arrangements.
