Bring up the subject of prayer in public schools and you just might stir up a hornet’s nest. So okay here we go. It is one of the most emotional subjects that confronts us today. While l admire and respect those who favor prayer in school, l respectfully disagree. Not all school administrators are Christians.
If your family starts the day with prayer, that is a wonderful thing, but don’t let your child be exposed or possibly dominated by someone you don’t even know. Remember, atheists and Muslims have the same rights under the constitution as anyone else and they are gaining ground in America every day. They are in the schools, in the government and yes, they have even penetrated our churches. Just look at the churches that have lowered their standards for pastors.
If your child is exposed to a devil worshipper’s prayer, their is no legal recourse for you to pursue to prevent that.
Public schools are agencies of the state. Would you surrender your child’s religious training to the state? I can only presume that you are Christians. By the grace of God, I am a Christian first and a Presbyterian second. Some misguided parents believe the school should even baptize the children.
We Presbyterians sprinkle. Some Christian churches dunk. Which would you prefer for your child, sprinkle or dunk? Which Bible, King James or NIV? Think about this….what if the administration of the public school your child attended were Muslim or devil worshipers or some other anti-Christian faith and had the authority to brainwash your child to their way of worship? Can’t happen you say. Explain that to some leftwing federal judge. Thank God the First Amendment of the Constitution addresses this very issue and aims to prevent it. Liberal judges and activist lawyers are at work day and night to nullify the Bill of Rights. The mainstream media support them.
Liberals thrive on chaos and discord. Religion is worlds best avenue to separate people. The ungodly know that, and they know how to exploit it. Don’t be caught up in the emotion of this issue. Think clearly about the consequences of state control of our children.
Remember Hillary Clinton’s propaganda book. “.It Takes a Village.” Straight from the warped mind of Saul Alinsky.
