REQUEST FOR BIDS
The Town of Decatur will accept sealed bids for surplus real property located at:
153 West Broad St
Decatur, MS 39327
No bid under $10,000.00
will be considered.
All bids should include bid amount and detailed plans for the property. High bidder will be required to begin construction/renovation within nine (9) months of award.
All bids should be turned in to Decatur Town Hall, 66 7th St, Decatur, MS no later than Mon, March 2, 2026 at 5:00 pm.
Bids will be opened at the regular meeting of the Board of Alderman on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. The Town reserves the right to reject all bids.
