PERFORMANCE CONTRACT
The Newton Municipal School District is seeking Qualification statements relating to Energy Services Companies (ESCOs) to provide energy conservation equipment and services under an Energy Services Performance Contract. ESCO qualifications will be submitted in accordance with Section 31-7-14 of the Mississippi Code, the Mississippi Development Authority-Energy and Natural Resources Division’s Policy and Procedures for Energy Performance Contracting and the Request for Qualifications.
All submittals shall be received by 3:00 PM, Thursday, May 02, 2024, Newton Municipal School District, 205 School Street, Newton, Mississippi 39345.
