The Lake Lady Hornets will get the opportunity to defend their back-to-back Class 2A titles but it will be a tough road.
The Lake girls finished third in Division 5-2A play, losing 60-47 to Newton in the semifinals before beating Scott Central 49-39 in the consolation game on Friday.
