The Newton County Academy Lady Generals broke one streak and started another one.
The Lady Generals broke a losing streak and responded with two straight wins, beating Hebron Christian 45-37 and mashing Kemper Academy 66-12.
The Generals split their two games last week, falling 55-46 to Hebron while beating Kemper 57-50.
NCA will return to action on Thursday as they travel to Brookhaven and return home on Friday as they host Columbus Christian.

Hebron Christian 37
The Lady Generals were strong in the middle two period and took an eight-point win over the Lady Eagles on Tuesday.
NCA led 5-3 at the end of the first before outscoring Hebron 16-7 in the second to lead 21-10 at the half. NCA extended its lead in the third, outscoring Hebron 16-10 to lead 37-20 going into the fourth. Hebron took the fourth 17-8 for the final margin.
Belle Hollingsworth led NCA with 16 points as the sophomore hit five 3-pointers. Senior Jordan Russell also pulled down 11 rebounds.
Hebron boys 55, NCA 46
The Eagles jumped out to a quick lead and maintained that margin as they held on to take a nine-point win over the Generals.
Hebron led 15-4 at the end of the first before NCA outscored the Eagles 12-9 in the second to cut the lead to 24-16. Hebron extended its lead in the third, outscoring NCA 13-10 to lead 37-26. NCA took the fourth 20-18 for the final margin.
Kemp Alderman led NCA with 18 points while Riley Boswell added 15 points.

Kemper Academy 12
The Lady Generals dominated the action and took a 54-point win over the Lady Rams on Friday.
NCA led just 13-6 at the end of the first before outscoring Kemper 23-4 in the second to lead 36-10 at the half. NCA kept extending its lead in the second half, outscoring Kemper 17-0 in the third and 13-2 in the fourth.
Freshman Cayden Alexander led NCA with 22 points on five 3-pointers and also had five rebounds. Freshman Lilly Hollingsworth had 15 points and six rebounds.

Kemper Academy 50
The Generals got into the win column as they took a seven-point win over the Rams on Friday in district play.
Each team scored 15 points in the first period while Kemper outscored NCA 18-13 in the second to lead 33-28 at the half. NCA dominated the second half as they outscored Kemper 16-9 in the third and 13-8 in the fourth.
Riley Boswell led NCA with 16 points while Kemp Alderman had 13 points. Austin Upton also chipped in 11 points for the Generals while Zander Meeks added nine points.
