The Lake Hornets added three more wins to their total las week, scoring at least 10 runs in each contest.
The Hornets started off the week with a 14-3 win over Puckett on Monday before beating Noxapater 15-0 on Tuesday. They finished the week with a 10-6 win over Forest on Wednesday.
The Hornets (9-3) will travel to Sebastopol on Friday and then travel to Choctaw Central on Saturday.
Lake 14, Puckett 3
Brady McGee was 4-for-5 with three doubles, four runs scored and three RBIs. Grant Tune was 4-for-4 with a double and three RBIs. Mark Qualls, Nathon Lott and Mickey Parker each scored two runs apiece while Seth Harrison drove in two runs. Ethan Gray had three stolen bases while McGee had two steals.
Parker pitched 3 2/3 innings, as he gave up two runs on one hits while striking out six and walking five. McGee pitched the final 3 1/3 innings and gave up one run on one hit while striking out three and walking two.
Lake 15, Noxapater 0
McGee was 2-for-3 with three runs scored while Lott was 2-for-3 with a double and three RBIs. Parker and Tune were each 2-for-3. Gray and Drew Moore each scored three runs while Will Geter, Harrison and Logan Palmer each had hits.
Lott pitched five innings and gave up four hits while striking out four.
Lake 10, Forest 6
McGee went 3-for-3 with three runs scored and two walks. Qualls was 3-for-5 with two RBIs while Geter was 2-for-4 with two RBIs. Tune had three RBIs while Qualls, Moore, Lott, Harrison and Geter each had doubles.
Moore pitched six innings and gave up six runs on seven hits while striking out six and walking six.
