Union football coach Brad Breland was been named as an assistant for the 2019 Alabama-Mississippi All-Star football game.
The game will be held on Dec. 15 in Montgomery, Ala., this season.
Clarksdale’s Henry Johnson was named the head coach of the team.
Breland will be joined by Hattiesburg’s Tony Vance, Noxubee County’s Tyrone Shorter, Ridgeland’s Ryan Earnest, Horn Lake’s Brad Boyette, Puckett’s Jason Goodwin, Pascagoula’s Lewis Sims and Hazlehurst’s Todd McDaniel.
Breland said he will serve as the scout coach for the Mississippi squad. This will be Breland third time to be an assistant in the game.
