You have been made a defendant in a suit filed in this court by Garland Thomas Smith, Lula Joyce S. Cole, Earl Frank Smith, Andrea Denise S. Taylor, Teresa Ann S. Brown and William Jason Smith, plaintiffs, seeking to Quiet and Confirm Title to that certain real property situated in the NE¼ of SW¼; and S½ of NE¼, Section 27, Township 5 North, Range 11 East, Newton County, Mississippi. The only defendants in this action other than you are Thomas William Steele, Alice Steele Smart, Jerry H. Steele, Teresa Steele Thornton, Lisa Steele, Michael T. Steele, Kenny Coghlan, Vicki Feldman Weaver, Jason Barnett, Nicole Coghlan and Jennifer Coghlan Jones. A copy of the Complaint filed against you is on file in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Newton County, Mississippi.
