You have been made a defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Frances Wash seeking appointment of Guardian for the Person and Estate of Donovan Rasheed Wash, a male child whose date of birth is August 9, 2023, born to Nakita Tichae Wash.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 a.m. on the 21st day of February, 2025, in the courtroom of the Newton County Courthouse at Decatur, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the things demanded in the Petition.
