TO: THE KNOWN OR UNKNOWN WRONGFUL DEATH BENEFICIARIES AND ANY AND ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE WRONGFUL DEATH BENEFITS AND/OR DAMAGES OF WILLIE ROBERT EVANS, DECEASED.
You have been made Respondents in the lawsuit filed in this Court by RONDA EVANS, FLORA EVANS, and SHERRY FELDER, Petitioners.
The Petition filed against you has initiated a civil action seeking to have RONDA EVANS, FLORA EVANS, and SHERRY FELFER adjudicated and ordered by this Court to be the sole and only wrongful death beneficiaries of WILLIE ROBERT EVANS, Deceased, and adjudicated as the only persons claiming any right, title or interest in the wrongful death benefits and/or damages of WILLIE ROBERT EVANS, Deceased, as fully set out in the Petition on file in the Chancery Court of Newton County, Mississippi.
YOU ARE SUMMONED TO APPEAR AND DEFEND AGAINST THE PETITION FILED AGAINST YOU IN THIS ACTION AT 9:00 A. M. ON THE 16TH DAY OF APRIL 2025, IN THE COURTROOM OF THE JASPER COUNTY CHANCERY COURT IN BAY SPRINGS, MISSISSIPPI; AND IN CASE OF YOUR FAILURE TO APPEAR AND DEFEND, A JUDGMENT WILL BE ENTERED AGAINST YOU FOR THE RELIEF DEMANDED IN THE PETITION.
