TO: Zachary Brian Taylor, whose last known mailing, post office and street address are unknown to the Plaintiffs after diligent search and inquiry by the Plaintiffs to ascertain same.
You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court seeking a Complaint for Termination of Parental Rights and for Adoption. Defendants other than you are Savannah Nicole Moffett Bradford.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said Complaint at 9:00 a.m. on the 27th day of March 2026, in the courtroom of the Scott County Courthouse in Forest, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgement will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the petition.
