You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, AS TRUSTEE FOR CENTEX HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2004-B, Plaintiff, seeking reformation of certain instruments in the title and equitable relief regarding the real property located at 4000 Hwy 80 West, Lawrence, Mississippi 39336. The Defendants other than you in this action are Curley Evans AKA Curly Evans, Georgia M. Johnson, Brenda Fay Henry Alexander, Clarence Gray, Curley Evans Jr. AKA Curly Evans Jr., Melvin Laird Evans, Darin Evans, Kimberly Henry, Nathan Turner, Craig Alexander Evans, Jr. and Jeremy Devon Evans.
You are required to mail or hand-deliver a copy of a written response to the Complaint for Reformation and Equitable Relief to Peter Lublin and Amanda Beckett, the attorneys for the Plaintiff, whose address is 3145 Avalon Ridge Place, Suite 100, Peachtree Corners, GA 30071.
YOUR RESPONSE MUST BE MAILED OR DELIVERED NOT LATER THAN THIRTY DAYS AFTER THE 12TH DAY OF JUNE 2024, WHICH IS THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS SUMMONS. IF YOUR RESPONSE IS NOT SO MUCH MAILED OR DELIVERED, A JUDGEMENT BY DEFAULT WILL BE ENTERED AGAINST YOU FOR THE MONEY OR OTHER RELIEF DEMANDED IN THE COMPLAINT.
