You have been made a Respondent in the suit filed in this Court by TONYA THOMAS, the Petitioner, who is seeking Grandparent Visitation with the minor child, W.B.G. Defendants in this action are ARMAND GIBBS and EMILY ANTHONY.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition for Grandparent Visitation filed by the Petitioner against you in this action at 9:00 A.M. on the 4th day of September 2024 before the Honorable Judge Logan in the Chancery Courtroom of the Jasper County Courthouse in Bay Springs, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgement will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Petition.
