Lot 28, Meadowbrook Subdivision, according to a map or plat thereof on file in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Newton County, Mississippi, being more particularly described as follows: Begin at the Southeast Corner of Section 33, Township 6 North, Range 11 East, Newton County, Mississippi, and run West 48 feet to the West line of Belmont Avenue; thence North along the West line of said Avenue, 561 feet to the South line of Patrick Street; thence run West along the South line of Patrick Street 1100 feet to the point of beginning: Thence run South 173.2 feet; thence run West 139 feet; thence run North 14 degrees 50 minutes East 179.4 feet to the South line of Patrick Street; thence run East 93.1 feet to the point of beginning, being in the Southeast ¼ of the Southeast ¼ of Section 33, Township 6 North, Range 11 East, Newton County, Mississippi.
A complaint has been filed against you to initiate a civil action for Reformation of Deed in said land. You are required to mail or hand deliver a copy of a written answer, either admitting or denying each allegation in the Petition, to Brian D. Mayo, Mayo Law Firm, PPLLC, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is P. O. Box 218, Newton, Mississippi 39345.
