You have been made Respondents to a Petition filed in the Chancery Court of Newton County, Mississippi by Lorrie Lynn Fulton and Tracey Lynn Fulton petitioning for an adjudication of the heirs at law of Garland Bernard Fulton, Deceased. You are summoned to appear before the Honorable Robert M. Logan, Jr., Chancellor of the Chancery Court of Newton County, State of Mississippi, on Friday, the 20th day of June, 2025, at the Courthouse of Newton County, Mississippi located at 92 W. Broad Street, Decatur, Newton County, Mississippi 39327, in your capacity as an Heir at Law of Garland Bernard Fulton, Deceased, for a hearing in connection with a determination and adjudication of the heirs at law of Garland Bernard Fulton, Deceased. Said hearing will commence at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard. In case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Petition.
You are not required to file an Answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
