THE PETITION FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIRS-AT-LAW [10] CURRENTLY PENDING IN THIS CIVIL ACTION IS IMPORTANT AND YOU MUST TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION TO PROTECT YOUR RIGHTS.
You have been made a Respondent in the case filed in this Court by Brittany Pounders seeking determination of the heirs at law of Ricky Pounders, deceased. Respondents other than you are Dustin Pounders, Brittany Pounders and Asalyn Pounders Eubanks.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said PETITION FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIRS-AT-LAW [10] at 9:00 o’clock a.m. on the 25th day of July, 2025, in the Chancery courtroom of the Scott County Courthouse at Forest, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the relief demanded in said Petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
