You have been made a Respondent in the suit filed in this Court by the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians - Choctaw Children and Family Services and were noticed to appear on January 7, 2025, by way of receipt of a Notice of Hearing (Status Conference) in a matter of regarding the above-named minors.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said complaint, petition or motion on THURSDAY, MARCH 26, 2026 AT 9:15 A.M., in the Courtroom B of the Choctaw Tribal Court in the Smith John Justice Complex located on the Choctaw Indian Reservation, in the Pearl River Community, Choctaw, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgement will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint, petition or motion.
