TO: ALL THE UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW OF RAYMOND L. MABRY
DECEASED
You have been made defendants in Cause Number 20-23, filed in this Court by the Administrator of the Estate of Raymond L. Mabry, Deceased who has filed in said Court his Petition asking for a judicial determination of the heirs of said decedent.
Said Petitioner has set forth that decedent’s spouse Rose J. Mabry and decedent’s son Jerome R. Mabry, were the sole surviving heirs-at-law of Raymond L. Mabry on the date of his death.
The above named Rose J. Mabry and Jerome R. Mabry are the only people who claim to be heirs-at-law of Raymond L. Mabry. You are summoned to appear and defend against the complaint or petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 o’clock a.m., on the 24th day of July, 2020, at the Scott County Chancery Court in Forest, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint or petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
