Newton County Career and Technical Center Director Aaron Cooley announced the 2023-24 Student of the Year at an Awards Night held at the new NCCTC gymnasium. Kylie Bagley, a Newton County High School Senior, received the distinguished honor. Kylie is a graduating student in the NCCTC Education Prep Program.
