New principals appointed at Newton Elem.

The Newton Municipal School District Board of Trustees appointed new leadership for Newton Elementary School.

During its regular meeting June 12, the trustees voted to approve Kimberly Chapman as the new elementary principal and Cassandra Hardaway as the new assistant principal and lead teacher.
