Supervisors: Rigdon named new fire coordinator for Newton County

The Newton County Board of Supervisors made a permanent move to fill the Newton County Fire Coordinator position during their meeting on November 6.

Edgar Rigdon was appointed fire coordinator on Monday, a month after former fire coordinator Brian Taylor resigned the position.
