The 20th Annual Loose Caboose Festival drew thousands to downtown Newton on Saturday, where they enjoyed nice weather and plenty of food, entertainment, and shopping. More than 140 vendors were registered for the festival, which covered Main Street, Church Street, Decatur Street and Fourth Avenue.
