ONE (1) TRACTOR
The Town of Decatur, Mississippi will accept sealed bids, for purchase or lease purchase, for one (1) Tractor until 5:00 P.M., CST, March 2, 2026, at the Decatur Town Hall, 66 7th Street, PO Box 307, Decatur, Mississippi 39327.
Specifications are available at the Decatur Town Hall, 66 7th Street, PO Box 307, Decatur, Mississippi 39327, by requesting copies by telephone at (601) 635-2761 or by email at: townclerk@townofdecaturms.gov. All bids must comply with the specifications provided.
Bids submitted by mail shall be labeled as follows: Tractor #030226. No bid may be withdrawn after the time and date set for the opening of the bids, and all proposals shall be firm prices and remain in effect for a period of thirty (30) days after said date for opening of bids. The Town of Decatur, Mississippi, reserves the right to amend the specifications as necessary and will notify all parties having requested bid packets. The Town of Decatur further waives any informality in any/all bids as may appear to be in the best interest of the Town or to reject any/all bids.
