The Greater Decatur Chamber of Commerce sponsors the annual BUGS + Program (bringing up grades) in honor of third graders in our local elementary schools that have brought up their grades during the school year. One student's name is drawn for an Apple IPad.
The winner this year was Dalton Smith, pictured at left with Mark Buntyn.
