Graveside services for Mr. Arlo Winstead were held at 2:00pm, Friday, February 3, 2023 at Pine Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in House. Bro. Rusty Walton, Bro. Allen Winstead, and Bro. Tyler Tingle officiated. Honorary minister was Dr. Malcolm Lewis.
Mr. Arlo Winstead, age 94, passed away on Wednesday, February 1, 2023.
Mr. Arlo was a loving father, brother, grandfather and husband. He was a member of Reedemer Baptist Church, where he loved to serve the Lord. Mr. Arlo was loved by many and will be dearly missed.
Survivors include one son, Steve Winstead (Pam) of Union; one daughter, Gail Coker (Tracey) of Union; five grandsons, Justin Williams (Shar’Lee), Matthew Winstead (Brandy), Daniel Winstead (Leigh Anne), Tyler Coker (Shannon) and Taylor Coker (Hailey); Great-grandchildren, Skyler Williams and Annalynn Williams, Jagger Bennet, Emry Winstead and Huntley Winstead, Hunter Coker, Weston Coker, Lennon Coker, Albany Winstead, Myles Winstead, Hadleigh Jane Adkins and Jax Taylor Winstead; two brothers, Wayne Winstead (Nanette) and Jack Winstead (Jeanette); two sisters, Milber Posey (Pat) and Mary Adkins.
Mr. Arlo Winstead is preceded in death by his wife, Dot Winstead; one son, Sammy Winstead; two brothers, Elmo Winstead and Wilbur "W.C." Winstead and parents, Carl and Zula Winstead.
Pallbearers were Justin Williams, Matthew Winstead, Daniel Winstead, Skyler Williams, Tyler Coker and Taylor Coker
