Two suspects in custody, one still wanted from standoff today

UNION: UPD, NCSO roadblocks net number of arrests, seizure of drugs

On the evening of April 28, the City of Union Police Department and the Newton County Sheriff’s Office conducted a joint saturation detail in the City of Union. The operation resulted in the issuance of a total of 15 citations, including 2 citations for possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, and $176.25 in fines collected.
