East Central Community College hosted a prom for special needs students within the East Central service area. Students were invited to attend from Newton, Neshoba, Leake, Scott and Winston counties, and ECCC students also spent time dancing with the students to help make their prom a memorable event. The event was sponsored by the Decatur women’s Progressive Club, Sanctuary of Philadelphia, The Citizens Bank, Philadelphia Auto Sales, Mastec Network Solutions, Neshoba General, Regions Bank, Community Development Partnership, Amy Taylor Attorney at Law, Douglas J. Graham Attorney at Law, Donand and Company, Johnson Eye Center, Marshall Ford, Neshoba County Co-Op, Philadelphia Body Works and IKBI.
