ECCC baseball schedule change

ECCC will face Shelton State (Ala.) at 1 p.m. and Mississippi Gulf Coast at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 26, at Clark-Gay Baseball Complex on campus in Decatur. Both are 9 inning games.

This replaces a doubleheader with Shelton State. Shelton State and Gulf Coast will play a 7-inning game in between.

The Jones College men’s and women’s basketball teams came into Brackeen-Wood Gym in Decatur with a combined record of 33-5 overall and 19-1 in MACJC South Division play, but each left with a blemish to their record as the East Central Community College Lady Warriors and Warriors both pulled upsets Monday, Feb. 11.

ECCC Football Welcomes 20 Players During National Signing Day

East Central Community College head football coach Ken Karcher announced the addition of 20 new members to the Warrior football team on National Signing Day Wednesday, Feb. 6.

The newcomers are all high school seniors.
