JACKSON – Peter Oliver Henry, aka “James,” aka “Petey,” age 60, of Chalmette, Louisiana, was arrested by law enforcement on June 4, in Gulfport, and approximately four and a half ounces of heroin were seized.
If convicted, Henry faces a sentence of up to life in a federal prison and a fine of up to $10 million.
These charges are merely an accusation, and those arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
