Sylva Bay at Newton County Academy: Generals improve to 7-1 after defeating Saints 52-22

It took a little while for the Newton County Academy offense to get going against rival Sylva Bay.
After falling behind 8-0, the Generals rolled off 38 consecutive points and took a 52-22 win over the rival Saints on Friday night.

This year, playoff seeding just upped the stakes of the game.
Lake overcame a nine-point halftime deficit and rallied in the second half to take a 32-24 win over the Chiefs.
