A Morton man is accused of injuring a man during a shooting Thursday afternoon at Union Square Apartments.
Kennedy said the incident occurred around 1:30 p.m. Union Police were called to the apartment complex just off North Street for a shooting. Kennedy and Police Chief Billy Pat Walker were the first to arrive on the scene.
