A Neshoba County resident pleaded guilty to the sale of methamphetamine last month in Newton County Circuity Court. Tori Leigh Harbour, 24, was charged with selling 3.084 grams of methamphetamine to a Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics confidential informant on Dec. 12, 2017 and possession of methamphetamine on March 23, 2018.
Under the plea agreement, Harbour was given a 20-year suspended sentence and enrolled in the 8th Circuit Drug Court for five years. She will have to successfully complete the program and repay $2,500 in court costs to avoid jail time.
