Newton County: DYW Shifts Approach

The Distinguished Young Women (DYW) program in Newton County is taking a different route. Due to low participation, the county will not hold a local competition. Instead, two participants, Bella Grace Jones and Julia Harrison, will represent Newton County by competing at-large in Meridian.
