Club News: Hickory Post 173 Officers Chosen

Hickory Post 173 had a great turnout for our Annual October Brunswick Stew meeting with 39 members, Auxiliary, and guests in attendance. We had some great stew and homemade desserts that was very much enjoyed by all. Johnny Reeves was in attendance to install the officers for the 2025 year.

GFWC-MFWC Decatur Woman’s Progressive Club held a dedication on Thursday, October 3, at the little flowerbed in Downtown Decatur in honor of Domestic Violence month and in memory of Marian Chaney, who passed away September 6, 2020 from the hands of domestic abuse.
