•Leandraa Johnson, 40, arrested 4/5/19, DUI first offense and careless driving
•Hailey Porter, 24, arrested 4/5/19, possession of paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine
•Ronald M. Williams, 46, arrested 4/6/19, public drunkenness
•Derrick Shultz, 26, arrested 4/7/19, disturbing the family peace
Decatur Police Department
•Emanuel Thompson, 19, arrested 4/1/19, trespassing and possession of marijuana
•Malika Jordan, 20, arrested 4/3/19, possession of paraphernalia and possession of beer
•Latonya Gray, 40, arrested 4/7/19, no proof of insurance, speeding and suspended license
Newton Police Department
•Azayzion Russell, 17, arrested 4/3/19, three counts aggravated assault
