After a mid-season five-game losing streak, the Union Lady Yellowjackets have righted the ship and won five in a row to even their record at 7-7 on the year.
The Lady Jackets grabbed a pair of wins last week, beating Northeast Lauderdale 11-0 and then took an exciting 14-13 win over 2A contender Philadelphia to improve to 2-0 in division play.
Union is at Newton County on Monday and will host Sebastopol on Thursday in their only scheduled action this week.

The Lady Yellowjackets broke open a close game with seven runs in the sixth inning to take a run-rule victory over the homestanding Lady Trojans.
Union led 4-0 heading into the sixth inning where they scored seven runs to break open the game.
Union had 15 hits, including three home runs as six players had multiple hits. Lilly Burton was 2-for-4 with a home run, double, two runs scored and four RBIs. Mackenzie Dolan, Ashlynn Jenkins, Kayleigh Vance and Dallas Brown were each 2-for-3. Anna Rigdon also had a three-run home run for the Lady Jackets.
Union 14, Philadelphia 13
The Lady Jackets held off a furious Philadelphia rally to take an exciting division victory over the Lady Tornadoes.
Union scored one in the first, seven in the second, one in the fourth, four in the sixth and one in the seventh.
Philly scored two in the first, four in the sixth and seven in the seventh but fell short of their rally.
Philadelphia had 17 hits while Union had 13. Mackenzie Dolan was 2-for-2 with two home runs while Macy Lott was 2-for-3.
Ansley Rigby was 2-for-2 while Dallas Brown was 2-for-4.
