Any and all unknown Heirs at Law of Ahmedou Hmeyada, Deceased, whose name, place of residence and street and post office address are not found after diligent search and inquiry.
You have been made a Defendant in the above estate proceeding for a hearing to determine the heirs at law of Ahmedou Hmeyada, Deceased, as set forth in a Petition for Determination of Heirs filed on February 19, 2025, by James Moctar Ndary as Administrator of the Estate of Ahmedou Hmeyada, Deceased.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition filed in this action and to show cause if you can that you are an heir at law of Ahmedou Hmeyada who died on September 10, 2024, having at the time of his death a fixed place of residence in Newton, Newton County, Mississippi.
You are summoned to appear in the proceeding on the Petition on the 6th day of June 2025 at 9:00 a.m., at the Newton County Courthouse, 92 W Broad Street, Decatur, Mississippi 39327 before the Honorable Robert M. Logan, Chancellor. In case of your failure to appear and defend a judgement or order may be entered for the relief sought in the Petition.
You are not required to file an Answer or other pleading but may do so if you desire.
